OMG, is AB a crankypants!  Screaming, fussing, won't settle down no matter what I do.  He resists Tylenol, which I am trying to use sparingly, but the teeth issues are causing sleep issues, so of course he is exhausted to boot.

I hope the other 3 hurry up and get it over with!

Why do you try to use tylenol sparingly?

PM and I don't like to over-use pain killers.  We do use them when we have to, but AB's usually pretty good with a nice sippy cup of cold water and his chewy tube.

Don't tempt me, Richard! After he finally fell asleep, I dove head-first into a pint of Ben & Jerry's.

They used to give the alcohol to the kid.... have a shot, rub some on the kid's tooth, repeat.  wink

DS has been in major teething mode for WEEKS now!! Seriously, when will this stop?!?! He's almost 18m and I'm about to tear my hair out! He can't take ibuprofen so we're stuck with tylenol which I hate using too much. (And what is too much anyway? His usual max is once per day.) And of course he's always happy/peppy when DH comes home so DH thinks I'm exaggerating his pain levels. Poor baby sobs and chews on his fist until its got red marks.

How many teeth does he have now, Marie? BabyBoss has a full mouth of teeth, and hasn't turned 1 yet. Molars, 2 of the 4 canines, and all the front teeth. Nursing is fun, even though she doesn't bite.

He has molars, top and bottom front, canines 3 of the 4. The only time I get a good look is if I hold him upside down, somehow that always makes him open his mouth. Lol.

How old is your kid Marie?

LO is 14 months and she only has the 4 bottom front and 1 and a half of the top front.

He'll be 18m next week. He's got 4 front top and bottom, molars top and bottom, no wonder he's cranky! I just hate when he yanks on his hair because of the teething pain. With my migraines it makes me worry.

We can have a mom club!

We have a few moms and if I recall correctly we all have toddlers.

Definitely! It always reassures me when I hear other moms are also ready to drink/tear out their hair/go crazy from some weird habit that then I find out many kids do. DS is my only one so sometimes I think we must be the only one with *whatever issue*. My one friend with kids the same age freaked and cut me off right when DS was born and I had really counted on bouncing all this parenting stuff off of her. My sister has a girl 8m younger than DS so she's not usually in the same stages as DS.
