Then why are the nutters already coming out of the woodwork? I just had the following phone convo:
Me: XYZ locksmith, how can I help you?
Crazy lady (CL): I wanna talk to Brian.
Me: I'm sorry, we don't have a Brian here.
CL: YES YOU DO!! Don't lie to me. Did he quit?
Me: We don't have a Brian working here and never have in the over 10 years I've been here. This is XYZ locksmith.
CL: Yeah, that's who I called. Don't lie to me, I have the papers right here, I wanna talk to Brian.
Me: We don't have a Brian. Is there anything I can help you with?
CL: You are just trying to cover for him. I've already called the cops. I've made a report.
Me: About what?
CL: THEY ARE STILL GETTING IN! I WON'T HAVE IT! I WON'T STAND FOR IT! I WANNA TALK TO BRIAN N.O.W.!!
Me: Mam, there is no Brian here. I can have the manager call you when he gets in.
CL: *SHRIEK* I'll be out. *click*
I sure am hoping "I'll be out" means that she will be out of her house and not "I'll be out to your location" to scream at me some more.
That call was followed by Ms Uber Bitch's call, who insists on speaking with boss directly to shedule a service call, since lowley peon me propably wouldn't get it right. Yet it's all my fault that boss is not in right now and she can't get her very important call sheduled. Wouldn't listen to me repeating that I can take care of the sheduling for her right now. Fine, leave a message, boss propably won't call her back till tomorrow or Monday and then just hand the phone to me to get the info for sheduling.
