Our mafia narrator list has some openings in the near future. If you would like to try your hand at narrating now is your chance! Please let me know by posting here or sending me a pm.
Thank you all for your help in keeping our mafia games alive! I look forward to playing with everyone.
Deciding a theme and rules Signing up players Assigning roles Counting votes Breaking ties Answering questions Revealing kills and their affiliation Having fun
I would have liked to try, but the time zones are all wrong. I find myself on-line when everyone else is in bed. Will have a think if i could do it with extra long day/night phases?
It's not my turn to narrate for awhile, but I'm willing to co-host with someone new so they can learn the ropes!
It you think we could overcome the time difference i would love to try cohosting with you.
We could try it! If you want to pick the theme and such, I can do the reveals for you. (I can do more if you want, but I don't want to step on any toes!)

Aardvark, I don't assume that anyone wants to narrate a game. Although, if you like, I will start putting your name back on the list at the end of the games you narrate. In that case, you would need to let me know if you don't want to be added again.

Yess lets try cohosting. I am happy for any help and would not think you are stepping on my toes!!!!!!!
Yahoo mafia games. I enjoy playing them here. Sometimes the other board has some epic sign ups and if you get killed off early on, well you end up sitting around a lot waiting for a new game to start.
I don't know if I would enjoy a game that lasted longer than a couple of weeks. I think 15 players is a good number. More than 20 would seem like to much to me.
I know I'm a ways down on the list but I'm really excited about narrating! I'm developing my plot but I have a question. What's a good ratio of good guys to bad? And what's the fewest you can play with.
Also, I confess that I might be getting a little TOO excited about my plot and roles. Does the 'less is more' rule generally apply? I hope not but I can pare this down if I have to.
i say go for as many rules/roles/ideas as you want. If you find that something is not working, you can change it midgame if you need to. You can also always run the rules/ideas by someone else before the game if you want some input on situations you might not have thought of or rules that they don't understand (such as "with that rule, what happens if the mafia choose X and the serial killer does Y and the nurse does Z??" or "but does that rule mean the medium can or cannot do X?")
either way, we'll try to figure everything out and go crazy with it :D
Alice, Lady Paint says that I could trade places with her. I won't ask anybody else for cutsies but if anyone is so inclined...
I'm afraid that I may explode before I get to present my game.
Look at that sad kitty face!! I say let her move to the top of the list. If we don't her head might explode and then we will have an awful mess to clean up!
Thanks LP but I better keep my place in line for now. I need my home computer to run the game my friend is working on it. Plus I've decided that I need more experience as a player.
