I didn't mean to rush Aardvark, I really wanted to see if everyone else would come check out the thread to see if it was starting. I do see there were a lot more views than comments.....

Well, just to throw this out there... I have a game sitting in the wings ready to go. Everyday it sits it gets longer and more complex. So far I have enough roles for over 20 people. There are three teams plus the serial killer. Each team has good guys and bad guys. There can be up to three different stalkers out at night and up to a maximum of six people can be killed at once (that can only happen one time under very specific circumstances but still it would be awesome!)
At this point I don't even know if we have enough people to play. I try to stop myself from adding things to this game but it's been four days. What's an addict to do?
Oh and the coolest thing about this game is you can put your RNG away. In this game you will be able to logically deduce who the other players are and then determine if you want to kill them or save them depending on what your personal goals are or on what your team's goals are.
There can be an individual win where the game keeps going or a team win where the game is over and the winning team is announced. I pm'd the game to alice and activeboard told me it was too long

i'm somewhere between horrified and ecstatic about dqm's game. i have a feeling that if we make her wait much longer the game will start with a nuclear explosion killing us all at once while she maniacally cackles somewhere in the distance
I have sent a message to OR. If she is not ready, then we know dqm is. How long do the rest of you want to give Aardvark to appear? I am thinking that we should have a signup thread going by this evening. Maybe 3:30 PDT? That is 6:30 eastern.
I suppose for the future we should have a deadline for starting the signups for the next game. I think I will start sending a pm to to next narrator at the end of the game (I already send a pm to the next narrator at the start of each game). What do the rest of you think?

I'm content to wait my turn. If we have agame going I think I will stop obsessing over mine. I'm going to need to recruit more players. The largets game I' ve played is 14 people. I need 5 or 6 more to fill all these roles. I hate to eliminate them cuz they're SO good! Everyone has a power and some of them are kick-ass.
I confess that I joined a mafia site and blatantly stole ideas from some of their characters and tailored them to fit my scenario. I haven't played there yet but when I do I'll let you know how it goes.
Yeah they are ranked and everything. I'm missing a step though because I can get on the forum and comment but I can't get into a game. I have to figure it out.
You joined a site just for mafia? Oh gosh, I bet they take their games seriously.
I joined but you need a confirmation email to activate your account and whoever's in charge hasn't sent it. There's no way for me to get in touch with them so I'm off to find another site if I can.
