^%$&$%&# exterminator cancelled on me again today. Now, it's not his fault as it was raining and he couldn't spray, but I am so ()&*%)(W&%) SICK of the stink bugs! He rescheduled us for 2:30 tomorrow afternoon and if he's not here, I'm going to lose it. If anyone sees a cloud of profanity hanging over Pittsburgh tomorrow, it belongs to me. How much do you want to bet that he actually shows up? (This is the fifth time I've scheduled this appointment in a month).

Is he the boss? I think by the time you have canceled on someone 5 times you should expect them to complain about you to your boss. I know a couple of those weren't his fault but 5 times is excessive. Are they with the BBB? I usually let things go and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this would tic me off.
I think it's just the man and his wife. I can't really do much beyond complain to the Admin Board, as it's the church that has the contract to spray the house and the parsonange.
