Website software recommendations anyone?

I am getting another new computer at work.  We don't want to install the outdated Frontpage software I used to build our website, since it was put out in around 2003 and is not supported by Microsoft anymore.  I need something pretty easy, because I can't write code. 

Oh no, the new computer has Windows 8 on it.  We couldn't even figure out how to shut it down.
