I have been doing really well. Lovin' MyFitnessPal. (I'm Dixiedragon there, btw)
But I have LOST MY MIND for the last 2 says. I went over 1000 calories over both Monday and Tuesday. And I only got in about 15 minutes of exercise each day. It's a real kick in the seat when it tells you that if every day was like today, in 5 weeks you'll have GAINED 6 pounds.
I'm going to REALLY buckle down for the rest of the week. I have only 3200 calories for the next 5 days. If I do my step video, I can earn an additional 300 or so calories.
I don't know if I'll be able to do it. But if I walk every morning for 15 minutes that's 64 extra calories, and if I do a 40 minute workout that's 300. So I might be able to do 900 calories a day.
Of course, we are going to the lake this weekend, and that means steaks on the grill, ice cream, etc. I will try to swim a lot!
