This video was acutally produced in 2011.  Apparently, the Wake County (NC) SPCA got into hot water for using ABBA's "Take A Chance on Me" song in this video, which was originally intended only to be shown at an internal fundraiser.  It became a youtube video sensation and ABBA's music publisher's went after the charity for copyright infringement.

Still, it's a great video and I love the abject joy on the faces of the volunteers and workers who participated in this video.   Their enthusiasm for the positive power of pet adoption shines through and is contagious.
