fun weekend plans?

I really have no plans and that is what makes it a fun relaxing weekend.

DH is on nights, and DD has plans so I am looking forward to reading and relaxing with my puppies.

Weather is supposed to be really nice, so might spend some time on back deck enjoying the sun and day.

What are you all doing?

I will be working. The flip side to working for myself and getting to take time off as needed, I sometimes have to work more days in a row to get caught back up.

I am hosting a St Patricks day party playdate tomorrow for my kids and their friends. I might have as many as 20 people over here tomorrow. I am making rainbow cupcakes, rainbow snack mix. I have the house decorated up and we are all wearing cute St. Patricks outfits. It should be fun! Sunday we will probably just go to church.

Tonight, a friend and I are going to grab a bite to eat, then hit up the local Goodwill. I don't know what she's looking for, but I want to look at books and bookshelves. I'm also going to suggest we head into Stupidville to an odd lots store to see if they have a board book version of AB's veryfavorite story.

Tomorrow, I have a UMW Mission Day thing, and to be honest, I'm not exactly sure what it's about.

BA, that sounds like a lot of fun for all.

Aardvark, I like going to Goodwill and Salvation Army just to browse some times. Occasionally I will find something that gives me design inspiration. I love my hometown's store though. It is a locally ran charitable store. They price their stuff to move quickly because they have a second building full of donations at all times. Some of the Goodwill stores I have been to in Austin price things at next to knew prices. This happens especially if it has a price tag on it still, they have it priced at only 10% less than retail.
