Why am I watching this crap? It only furthers the stereotypes that clergy parents are strict and unreasonable and clergy kids are wild and badly behaved. The girls aren't badly behaved because of their parents' profession; they're badly behaved because they have whacko parents.

I think they are badly behaved b/c they have whacko parents who think it's appropriate to turn their kids into a reality show.
I'm not a religious person, but I would expect my church to severely reprimand (preferably fire) any clergyperson who signed up for this. Reality shows involving children are disgustingly exploitive.
I watch a lot of reality shows where they make things - Project Runway, Ink Master, Best Ink, Face Off, Flea Market Flip. Of them, I think that Face Off is the best b/c they really don't seem to drama monger the way they do on the other shows.
BTW, Face Off is really fantastic. If you're not watching it, you should really try it.
I have no tattoos, so I find it very amusing that I am now watching 5 tattoo shows. The 2 competition shows are interesting, but it bothers me b/c I do think it is somewhat unethical to have people making PERMENANT marks on other people under the competition conditions. Last episode, they had 5 people tattooing the same person at the same time. (Of course, I do think the "human canvases" who signed up for that are sooo stupid.)
Tattoo Nightmares is great, they do cover-ups. The person will tell the story of how they got the bad tattoo, and they will do a really cheesy re-enactment.
Apparently, it is a bad idea to get a tattoo in somebody's trailer. You should always go to an actual shop. Who'd've thunk it?
