I'm going through baby clothes and pulling out stuff for my niece and my friend. I shouldn't feel sad, because honestly, being "one and done" truly is the best decision for our family. I'm planning on selling anything that's leftover before we move next summer anyway, but still...it's kind of hard.

IVY. I did that a few months ago. We always wanted to have more kids, but with their issues... no. I still get teary every time they outgrow something and I have to pass it on!
I know what you mean. I save the personalized stuff or some of the more special things but everything else I pass on to another kid we know and at least I can be happy knowing we are helping someone else we love out and their kids will get lots of enjoyment out of the hand me down clothing/toys/baby gear.
We have a nice tote box just for special outfits, like his coming-home outfit, baptism, etc, so I won't be totally bereft. I did cry when I pulled the teeny little sleepers out, but once I got that out of the way, it was much easier.
