It's going good Richard! Hope u are well. I had a health scare around the holidays...lympedema in my legs and such. A real wake up call. 40 or so pounds down and better every day. Feeling more like myself physically and mentally. Life is good!

It's good to see u Richard. Saw my band  moody blues andat hard rock end of March and stayed at hard rock hotel. It was awesome and was one of those back to me events. 3rd row!

It's so good to see you all. work was hell. And I need carpal tunnel surgery ...Saw the Neuro today. Am hoping he can do it soon. Anything for relief! Hazard of the job I guess lol. Hope you all had a good day today :)

I bought yellow tail chardonnay...pretty good cheap wine. Flannie! You are so sweet. I'm gonna be fine. More concerned that I will eat no on stop while off. Might need reinforcements lol.

I'd suggest taking up a hobby that occupies your hands so you can't eat at the same time, but then I remembered you're going to be the One-Armed Zombie.
