not that it is anything special we grill year round! but tonight grilling some fresh rib eyes and corn on the cob, maybe a green salad or tomato salad and EATING on the BACK deck, as today is simply beautiful!!!!!
It has been a long drawn out winter and I am so ready for summer and nice wawhter that stays around. I want to ride and camp and garden and just be outside!

I've enjoyed our few cool fronts this spring but I am not ready for summer. We hit high 90s too early for me this year and I would love to post pone triple digits for as long as possible. Our average used to be 10 days or less of triple digits each year and we have had way too many in the last five years that I am ready for a less extreme summer.
well we managed to eat outside and then about 7:00 the skies let loose and the wind whipped in a frenzy~
blew deck furniture all over the place and nasty, poured rain all night
but this morning woke up to beautiful everything all fresh and crystal clear and green. SO green. I live out in the country and the drive to town and work was awesome~!

Damn you 42! I went to my nephew's baseball game today in jeans, long sleeved shirt, heavy sweater AND a blanket. My sister chided me for not wearing my winter coat! I had to leave 1/2 through to get everyone a coffee because we were freezing!
I wore my winter coat and a blanket for the baseball game last night. (over a turtleneck and sweatshirt, even). Tomorrow should be warmer, although no where near warm enough for pools to open.
Was the AP there over the summer, 42? Maybe she's not aware that cover-ups are appropriate when indoors.
