Need ideas for pressure cooker meals...

The "going to pull the crock pot back out" thread got me thinking. We use our crock pot pretty regularly, but it's been over a year since we used the pressure cooker. We need to take it out, dust it off, and cook something in it to see if the danged thing still works!

 

Any ideas? Anyone else have one... if so, what do you cook in it?

I have read that using a pressure cooker is a good way to cook dried beans more quickly. But i've never used one either!

We have one, but only use it to cook beans lol.
My mom uses it for everything.

I don't remember any of her recipes sorry!
