Not sure if any of you remember that particular issue but regardless, that family has now moved and guess what... new neighbors have dogs that whine and bark ALL THE TIME.

Drummer boy, I miss you.

Barking and howling until 9 pm Saturday. Owner came home then. Went over to discuss the problem. They had no idea. Ok.

Dog is outside barking and howling again at 7:30 am the next morning. Sigh.
