I've thought of getting a deep fryer for a while now but which one do I get? Do any of you have one? Pros? Cons?

We have one at my house. I'll have to check when I get home as to the brand. We love it.

The only "con" is the basket is a pain in the neck to clean... but that's probably going to be true with any fryer.

I finally remembered to check. Ours is a Hamilton Beach... we bought it at Walmart, a while ago. It's not a currently available model though.

I don't have a deep fryer, but I've had good experiences with Hamilton Beach products in general.
