AB had his end of the year program, PM graduated from seminary with his Master of Divinity degree (and won an award!), we had a graduation party, and we've been getting ready to move. In the past 3 days, I've packed over 25 boxes of books! Most are mine, but AB is getting quite the library of his own. I've also been sorting and tossing and donating. PM comes home from Annual Conference tomorrow, so the heavy-duty packing can begin!

Congratulations on all the accomplishments! Does the moving mean there's a new congregation assignment? Moving far?
I would have a zillion boxes of books, too. And yarn. Moving would not be pretty for me.
Yes, we've known since late March that we're moving further east. The Bishop officially confirmed all appointments for 2015-2016 at AC. We're looking forward to the change. The new church is about 3 times the size as our current one and they've got some programs and ideas that we're excited to be part of.

I've been checking for "new posts on threads" by looking for bolded titles... not realizing that I'd somehow accidentally signed myself out and was loading the page as a lurker (which, apparently, doesn't highlight threads with new posts!)!
Apologies for the delay, but, GOOD LUCK on the move!

Thanks guys! We've been in the new house for just over a week and while there's still some unpacking to do (like my million books!), it's coming along nicely. The previous couple painted the rooms, so that's given me a lot of ideas for decorating. I'm actually going to attempt reupholstering my dining room chairs!
