7 1/2 more hours and I'm off for a long weekend of camping and music.

I got all my stuff packed last night, made the potatoe salad and pasta salad, loaded stuff in the car.

The minute 5 o'clock stikes I'm outta here............................

I would like to be outta here earlier and the boss said "We'll see." But judging by past behavor he will find all kinds of inconsequential things to do that just have to be done TODAY before I leave. He always does.

I am soooo excited. This is the one vaccation I get every year. I'm so ready. I have already purchased large quantities of alcohol. biggrin

 We're going to this campground that puts on music festivals with local bands. Mostly tribute bands. The Pink Floyd show is awsome. The rest are really good, too.

Weather looks like it will co-operate. Mid 70's and partly cloudy. I wish it were just a bit warmer. They have a spring fed quarry lake with a nice sand beach. Saturday it looks like low 80's and Sunday mid 80's. I might be able to get my beach time and swimming in after all.

And boss threw me 3 more chores and left.

One of those chores I cannot accomplish without info that he has in his van.
