On this board it doesn't bother me to have an infinite number of last posts because posters seem to visit it in waves and it is just how it goes. I don't think I have any "quirk" but I do tend to skip through to read OP's posts when it is about a situation and I frequently don't read threads that are past the first page before I see them.

Fam Gal, on the right hand column it shows the last poster on each thread. Dqm says she doesn't like to more than the top five threads to have her as the last poster.

This. Everytime I log in I check to see if I'm board hogging LOL! If I started the thread and or was the last commentor 5 or more times out of the top 5 threads I won't post. I've developed a weird quirk. Just wondering if anyone else has weird board quirks. Another thing I've noticed is that the threads I find most inyeresting usually have about 10 times as many views as comments. I don't know why that is. It's just something I've noticed.

Avatars are good things. Like you noticed, it makes it easier for someone to find posts by someone (even if that "someone" is yourself in both cases!)

I am currently the last poster on about 6 threads at the top. I feel a bit weird about it. Like some of you it makes me think maybe I should stop posting till someone else starts but I have been gone/busy for the last few weeks and I MISSED ALL OF YOU! So you are stuck with me and my many posts.

We took the kids on vacation to Tennessee for a week. On the way home our van broke and DH had to fly home and drive our bus down. I was stuck in Kentucky for 2 days. We ended up not being able to tow the van back and had to leave it at a church for the week. We went back down the following weekend with a flatbed trailer and hauled it home. Between trying to catch up on laundry/chores, going to pick up the van, and all the kids activities (my 3 nieces as well as my own kids) I haven't been around much. I am not well known here but I am usually lurking on a daily basis and I missed all of you. This, sadly, is my adult interaction biggrin .

Oh no don't feel that way that's MY quirk.

It's funny though because I only just aquired it. I don't know that I ever noticed it before or if the list just moved faster so it wasn't an issue.

My goodness, Mom, how many vehicles do you have or have access to? Our family of 4 has I car and we have a single-car driveway that ends in a carport. I try not to drive my car except to go to work and get gas or whatever errands I need to do on the way home. Last Thursday I impulse-bought 4 newts.
