Dad planted them last year. I didn't think they'd come back.

Those are beautiful, just full of buds. Did you keep them outside in the pot over the winter?

Yes, there was a shriveled up stick in the pot after the first frost. Then, it started putting out new leaves. The buds just came the last week or so.

I thought that lilies were annuals. Guess I was wrong!

Poor thing got blown over in the storm last night! I retrieved the pot from the yard and put it back where it was. The plants look OK. Lost a couple of petals and I got covered in pollen picking it, but it survived.

In case you don't know this - Pollen will stain. You cold try putting scotch tape on the fabric and pulling it off to pull off as much pollen as you can. If you try brushing or rubbing it it just smears into your clothes.
