I marinated a boneless lamb roast in teriyaki sauce, but it's too hot to cook, so instead we had chopped herloom tomatoes with vinaegrette and yogurt.
I'll bake the roast tommorow with scalloped potatoes and hopefully another tomato will be ripe.
