My neighbors are setting off loud fireworks and of course, they woke my son.  I am going to be THAT neighbor if they're still going off at 11pm.

I'm sorry. I took tomorrow off of work because I knew I wouldn't be able to get to sleep at a decent hour. Around here, the official fireworks don't start until 10:00.

They scare my dog. It's too bad they woke your little boy. The noise hasn't been too bad this year here, because of the drought.

We live out in the country, so it's usually quiet and AB sleeps through what little noise there is. Oh well, Independence Day only comes once a year, thankfully.

Luckily I did not hear many fireworks. We are out of the city limits so it is allowed but it isn't really rural around us so I think that is less attractive to set off fireworks to most.
