Oh, I know a few like that. Then they name their kids very similar names too. Makes for a lot of confusion. I can only imagine everyone always waiting to see who's name is being called.
When I was a teenager we had a couple at church with the same first name just different spelling. His was Gene and hers was Jean. We called them Mr. and Mrs. Gene/Jean to avoid confusion. They were a kind older couple, very active in and much loved by the whole church.
I'm good friends with two couples named Chis and Rene. In one of the couples Chris is the man and Rene is the woman. In the other couple Rene is the man and Chris is the wife.
When I was a kid I knew three sets of brothers named Brandon and Justin. I guess those two names go well together. Another funny thing about the Brandons and Justins is none of them had any sisters. I remember swearing to never name my kid either of those names for fear I'd end up with five boys
If your maiden name was Greene with an E on the end and you married a man with the last name Green (no E on the end) - or visa versa - would you change your last name after you got married?
hmm, good question FRAED, I don't know if I would. I may only if I think it would cause issues with me legally always having to make sure my name had the 'e' and his didn't on paperwork.

I go with a hyphenated name, just to screw with everyone's head.
