I have my review in an hour. I am really nervous, but I have a list of dot points to back up my performance...... Bloody thing is during the reveal....grumble grumble.

He is still stalling on the training. I am thinking of buying the book that goes with the training as it is a Microsoft course. I can always claim the book on my tax as training related expenses.

If it's a Microsoft course, can you find an online one to take? Will the company pay for that, even if you end up doing the training on your own time?
