There were a few items I've been looking for from a few days to several months. I found them all within 15 minutes this evening.

One was the hard copy of my SF86 -- I may have to update it and resubmit it. PITA, but it'll be easier if I don't have to reconstruct all the info. That's just been since last Thursday I've been trying to find that, after an excellent phone interview.

Three CDs I've been looking for the last couple-three weeks and they turned out to be on a bookshelf in the bedroom, instead of with the rest of CDs

Dad's rosary. No one was sure where it had gotten to after his funeral last year, though we knew we'd gotten it back from the funeral home. I wanted to put it with Mom's. It was in a little velvet bag, sitting inside the rolltop of the desk. No idea how it got there, but I have it now.

I'm hoping this is all a good sign.

Sounds like a "good omen" (or more than one) to me!

Saint Anthony.

Blessed Saint Anthony, please come around. Something is lost and can't be found.

Thanks Lady. I grew up with no religious education. My father said we were a mathematical chance (my sci-fi reading husband said that's pretty well Isaac Asimov's take as well) and my mother made my father take us to church until I was about 3. When I was 5 or 6 or so I found out what meat was and asked my mother why we were doing that. All of a sudden she was Billy Sunday and said it said in the Bible that's what they're for. Still haven't seen it. I have read the 10 Commandments and seen the movie and I think "Thou shall not kill" is one of say the last 4.
