Four & a half months ago I finally decided to get serious and this morning I hit the 25 pound milestone.
I posted about my weight loss before - when I hit the 20 pound mark in early July.
Some people know I'm trying to lose weight and those people will tell me they can see a difference.
I appreciate their compliments but the best compliments are from someone who isn't aware I'm trying to lose weight but tell me they can see a difference. And that literally just happened about 20 minutes ago - coming back from the bathroom here at work I stopped to talk to the building director's wife & baby and she said "Fraed, you look phenomenal!" And when I told her I lost 25 pounds she said she didn't know I was trying to lose weight.
Wow, good for you. Besides the difference in how you look is anything else different? Do you feel less tired? More hungry? Cranky sometimes or just really proud?
Also, do you cook for a family or just for yourself?

I haven't noticed a difference in feeling tired, but I have noticed that my knees don't hurt near as much as they used to.
Once I finally started to see some changes I felt REALLY proud of myself!
I cook for all of us - sometimes I eat something different, but most of the time they eat what I'm having.
