You'd think with all the options on Netflix, he'd be able to settle on something. He took, no joke- 20 minutes before I snapped at him.
20 min is NOTHING. DH takes longer than an actual movie is to pick something. I just give him options. When he has a friend over they will spend 1-1.5 hours literally looking through the Netflix menu trying to decide what to watch. It is like "But you could watch TWO things if you didn't take all day about choosing something!!"

That would drive me insane.
My DH does take his sweet time when it's something for just him and me to watch, but not THAT long!
My problem with tonight is that he said "Ok, kids, we're going to watch a movie!" and then took 20 minutes to find a movie while a 4 and 2 year old waited. Yah, that's going to go over well.
DBF and I both frequently dream that the other is cheating and wake up mad at each other. That and he likes to elbow me in the face while he is sleeping (luckily I am usually awake so I can dodge the blow).
I got the minions toys sorted. Threw out broken ones and packed a trash bag full of baby toys away to give my younger sister. I cleaned the toy room closet too. I feel like it was a pretty productive day overall.
I did not have a chance to do FB yet. Today has been crazy. I had the start of a sinus infection yesterday (minions gave it to me for mothers day, thoughtful no?) and feel like crap today. I had tons of stuff to get done too. The I forgot and just surfed the boards instead of setting one up LOL. I'm not on the ball today.

My husband's ex-wife used to listen to him mumble in his sleep and get mad about what he was dreaming of. Then she would punch him.
Ugh...time to hide more people on FB. I am getting so sick of close-minded posts. What really gets me is that these people are supposed to be Christians.

Hello...thought I would just greet my fellow exiles. We lost power yesterday and at my house that means no lights, no water, no telephone, no internet, no showers or flushing toilets.
The power crew was here until 1:30 this morning; may they get some much-earned rest, bless them! Not a permanent fix but since I can flush the toilet, I'm good!
My house in Michigan was on a well, since we lost power a lot during the winter I became adept at going to the bathroom out in my woods. Very unpleasant during a snowstorm lol.
My workplace is on a well, too. The pump went out one day - took them several days to get it fixed. We had people still using the restrooms, even though there was no water flow to flush them. We ended up using the bottled water from the coffee makers and coolers to flush, and even with the 'do not use' signs up had to do that a few more times. (Because it was soooooooooo difficult to walk across the street to the other company building, where everything worked just fine.)

I would've walked! More time away from desk? Hell yeah.
I'm curious as to why do you need electricity to flush your toilets kina....
Yes, we have a well that is operated by electricity, so...no power, no water. We do have a small seasonal stream that has water flowing now that we would have taken some buckets to fill should the outage have lasted longer. But it isn't real close to the house and would involve wet feet, so I'm glad we didn't have to. (oh, dear, what a horrible long run-on sentence that was but I don't feel like fixing it...)
