Now that might work, velma. Plus if I get busted looking at the message board (totally against the IT rules I'm supposed to enforce :( ) I can say "But it IS work - I'm checking my to-do list!
I have finished three things, and am halfway through number 4.... no, done 4, called in the copier for service. I'm on a roll! Too bad next task will require a lot of phone calls and I hate talking on the phone, and trying to track people down just to say "Do you still need Mike's email forwarded to you?" and hear "I didn't even know I was getting Mike's email." or worse "Well, I haven't gotten any emails for three months, but we better leave it just in case. Ask me again in a month."
Thank you, velma! I agree with you on the Spring...allergies. Ugh. This is actually the first year where I've enjoyed Spring, weatherwise. Usually we go straight from winter to summer in a matter of a week. So these temps of 60s is quite nice.
Velma, my to-do list got waylaid by technical difficulties. Corporate IT did something to one of our servers (without letting us know, of course), and that server locked up 3 times already - when it's supposed to be doing backups. Should be an interesting rest of the day!
Chocolate, your avatar is making me hungry for fresh strawberries. None to be found here for another month, though. (Well, no good ones. We have the 'shipped halfway across the country, half-ripe ones' at the grocery. Not the same at all.)
Hey all, about to get to work on some projects. Have a weekend in San Antonio planned for this weekend so trying to get things wrapped up before hand. I have a wedding that I am unable to attend this weekend but am going to send a couple of gifts along to. Thinking some monogrammed wine glasses for sure.
How are all the peeps? Anything planned for the hopefully nice weather this weekend?
I'm currently an apartment dweller but am hoping to move into a rental house within the next year so I may do some container gardening then. Right now I am too all over the place to keep anything watered consistently.
Yes, I grow both. But I would like to have a vegetable garden. I was thinking of having some trees removed to get more sun, but I fear I might regret that come this summer.
chocolate, I would much rather have trees to shade my house and yard than a vegetable garden, especially if you have a good source of locally grown veggies. I can sit in my backyard in the summer even when it's in the 90s and not die.

That's kind of where I stand, too. I go through this every Spring..should I or shouldn't I.
