How will you celebrate?

I've got a package of chocolate chip cookie mix that was given to me that I'm going to finally bake off and I think I'll make my Nana's "Congo Bars" recipe, which remind me of a blondie brownie.

I'm surprised the bakery I stopped at this morning didn't have a sign up - seems like a good way to push the chocolate chip muffins and cookies.

I think chocolate should be celebrated every day. But that's just me. I'm biased.
