I love books!  I stopped at Half-Price Books today and was a good girl and only spent $10.  However, I bought a book I already have!  In fact, I got it instead of another one that's on my TBR list because I thought I already owned it.  Nope.  I own the one I bought and not the one I left.

I think I need a smart phone, so I can access my Goodreads account while in the store and see if I own what I'm about to purchase!

No such thing as too many books! Although maybe duplicates are taking things too far... :)

It was only $2 and I have a friend who loves to read, so I'll give it to her.

I've done the same thing - I have two copies of a Bob Woodward book - although I don't remember which one now. It doesn't help that I work every book sale the Friends of the Library has - very difficult to pass up $1 hardbacks. I usually end up with a couple boxes worth.

I couldn't work a library sale - I'd come home with way too much.
