I am positively excited by a share from one of my Etsy group peeps.  It is basically a gym styled workshop.  You pay a membership and take classes and safety and use and you have access to all of this fabulous equipment from laser cutters to waterjet to commercial embroidery/sewing/sergers to cnc wood routers.  It is like my dream workshop of 10s of thousands of dollars worth of equipment.  It is quite a beautiful thing and I look forward to working it into the monthly budget as soon as I can.

Well... nothing in my life personally has me happy/excited... but... I am happy that a peep is happy/excited... so... that counts... right?

I tested a recipe for gluten-free meatballs, and they tasted good, and like regular meatballs. Yay! (That also means the $ I spent on the America's Test Kitchen's new G-F cookbook was worth it.)

STRAWBERRIES. $5 for 3 pints. Apparently the area in Mexico where they grow them had ideal winter weather and it's a bumper crop!
