Never had this happen to me before. I got a message on facebook from one the people on my friends list. It is someone I really don't know super well but she is nice. Anyway, it said "OMG Are you mad?!" I was like What? So I responded "About what?" She responded "The horrible pictures someone posted of you?" I was like "not sure what you mean." Then I went and checked around and made sure there were no bad pics of me but nothing seemed amiss.
So then she responded again with "OMFG are you angry?!" and same thing again about "someone posted terrible pictures of you." So finally I am like "where? Tell me where they are because I really don't have time for this." So then she sends me a link and I put it in and it goes to some fishing website where it tries to trick you into entering your facebook id and password. But I knew I was already logged in so that was some kind of a scam.
So then I just responded to her that this was a scam and made sure to message a mutual friend and tell him to tell her to change her password her fb got hacked.
She posted last night about the hack and how some people were getting mad and threatening to beat her ass over it thinking it was her being weird or mean.
But that is like the first time I had some kind of scam actually be what I am guessing is a live person actually responding to me.
