This made me cry. So sweet. God bless that person who paid for the tab. It warms my heart to know some people out there  are kind and loving and realize what children with autism and their families and their educators go through.

I saw something that showed a card the group made for the restaurant manager to give her. I'm glad the donor's able to keep her privacy.

That is very nice nice but I don't think picking up a $485 tab in NJ is news worthy, this was on the Today show?

I think it is news worthy. We as a society are doing all we can to raise awareness and understanding of the autism community because while most people know about it, there are still so many people that don't get it yet. They see a kid writhing on the floor or flapping his hands or making facial grimaces and they think "What a freak" or "Why the hell is that kid doing that, her mother should spank her ass and whip her into shape." So anything that brings positive attention to the condition to me is a good thing.

I mean news always does special interest feel good stories so this kinda falls into that category.
