I made a dish in my slow cooker. I started with frozen chicken breasts and cooked them (in chicken brother and seasonings) for about 5-6 hours. The meat is dry and tough. How can something cook in liquid and be dry?
I have never had anything come out dry in my crock pot. In fact, I often wonder exactly where did all of the liquid come from because I rarely put liquid in.
