So I've been doing pretty good for a while, exersising every day, eating better, etc, but I was seeing very little weight loss. I was checking out the MyFitnessPal forums, and I learned that the app over-estimates calorie burns. So, I was eating back some (not all) of my calories every day. Now I am not eating back the calories from exersising, and I'm making good progress!
Good for you! You're right about the breakfast too. A balanced breakfast starts the day right and you don't get cravings as much or give in to temptation if someone brings treats to work.
